With just a $5 raffle ticket, you could win this awesome engine. All proceeds go to Cruisin’ the Boulevard community projects. 9:30am Start collecting your official American Graffiti Trading Cards Go to the information booth for a map of Trading Card locations

10am – 1pm Cub Scouts Pinewood Derby, Theater Square, C & 2nd Sts

10am – 4pm Stop by the American Graffiti Display on the corner of Western Ave and Kentucky St. See and meet the American Graffiti Tribute Team and their display of cars.You will also see a few of the cars and their owners that were featured in the movie.

10am – 4pm When you stop by the American Graffiti Display, make sure you visit with Candy Clark aka Debbie. She was nominated for a Oscar for her part in the movie!

10am – 9pm Local merchants open their doors to you! Check them out!

10 – 3pm  local merchants pick and award their trophies

10am – 4pm Petaluma Historical Museum, 4th St. There is always something special going on.

10am Take a walk around the town and see if you can find all the spots that were featured in the movie,

10:30am Mel’s drive-in opens to serve you some of the best burgers in town.

11:00 -4pm Check out the brand new cars in the theater district. The cars are supplied by the Hansel Auto Group

12 noon – 2pm Stroll on over to the main stage and take in the music of a future Super Star, McKenna Faith. 2pm Everyone’s invited to join the Street Dance in front of the radio station.

2 – 5pm Opening day for the Petaluma’s Farmers Market, Walnut Park, 4th & D St. Enjoy farm fresh produce from some of Petaluma’s local farms

2:30pm Join organizers on the main stage as they pick a winning ticket to the Super Small Block Chevy Motor donated by Sonoma County Street Rodz. There will also be other great raffle items so get your tickets fast!

3:00 – 5pm Music of The Deadlies as they take to the main stage to get your feet moving

4pm – 9pm Cruise Starts – Welcome back the good times you remember from your high school days when the roar of 350 plus classic cars start their engines and take to the streets to do what they were made to do, Cruise the Boulevard!

ATTENTION CRUISE WATCHERS! Perhaps the best place

to watch the cruise will be along Petaluma Blvd, south of B

Street all the way down to Boulevard Lanes (Bowling Alley).

Grab your chair, a picnic basket, something to drink, your

portable radio (tuned to 88.1fm) and if necessary, jackets and

a blanket. Find a spot to watch the action. Be sure to wave

and give the thumbs up to all the cruisers!

9pm Official cruising ends – streets open

Midnight: Clean up ends, CTB board members go home, they

turn off the phones, go to bed and don’t wake up

until Wednesday, noon! Once they wake up, they start

planning the 2014 event so be prepared for another fun ev

Bourbon lovers mark your calendars for a five course small plate dinner professionally paired with five of the finest Bourbons – a benefit fundraiser for Petaluma Arts Center taking place on Thursday, June 13th, 2013 from 6pm to 8pm.

$60 per Person or $100 for two, which includes the tasting and food.

The Petaluma Wildlife Museum’s Summer Camp program is fun for children ages 7-12. Campers can look forward to a fun summer of animals, educational games, and special guests!

Curriculum includes animal behavior and biology, ecology, conservation, and natural science.  Fun and educational games and activities designed to increase comprehension and retention are paired with each curriculum section. Presentations are scheduled with Classroom Safari and Reptile Rescue. Other presentations may also be included.

In addition, campers will gain hands on experience in exotic animal husbandry. Throughout the day, campers will handle and provide care to the museum animals under the supervision of our trained counselors.

Camp Details

• Age: 7-12 years old
• Time: Monday – Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm
• Food: Snack provided, please bring lunch

Summer tutoring doesn’t have to be a chore. At Petaluma’s independently owned and operated Grade A Tutoring Center at the Marina, individual tutoring and a wide range of group workshops encourage creativity, fun, and skill-building in the learning process.

Keep Your Home California has helped 24,000 families since its inception in February 2011. The $2 billion federally funded mortgage assistance program includes four programs designed to aid struggling, low to middle income families keep their homes.

Eligibility is based on several factors including participation by various mortgage servicers and county-by-county income requirements.

The Unemployment Mortgage Assistance Program offers up to $3,000 per month for unemployed homeowners approved to receive jobless benefits from the state Employment Development Department.

The Principal Reduction Program reduces the principal balance owed and lowers monthly payments for homeowners who are experiencing financial hardship and owe more than their home is worth. If qualified, a homeowner can benefit by up to $100,000 from this program.

The Mortgage Reinstatement Assistance Program offers up to $25,000 to help qualifying homeowners catch up on payments.

The Transition Assistance Program can provide up to $5,000 to help a homeowner who is going through a short sale or foreclosure to move and start over.

Every second Saturday each year in May letter carriers here in Petaluma and in 10,000 other cities and towns across America deliver much more than mail when they walk and drive along their postal routes.

They also collect the goodness and compassion of their postal customers who participate in the NALC Stamp Out Hunger National Food Drive – the largest one-day food drive in the nation and probably the world.

The annual drive has resulted in delivery of more than one billion pounds of donations to community food banks and pantries over the past 20 years.

Carriers collect non-perishable food donations left by mailboxes and in post offices and deliver them to local community food banks, pantries and shelters. Here in Petaluma the food haul of non-perishables is delivered for sorting, storage and distribution at the Salvation Army, on South McDowell Blvd. It is a sight to behold and a lifeline to hundreds of local families.

All you need do is to place a box or can of non-perishable food next to your mailbox before your neighborhood letter carrier delivers mail on Saturday May 11th, 2013. The carrier will do all the rest. The food is taken to the post office, sorted, and then delivered to the Salvation Army food bank.

With more than 50 million people facing hunger every day in America, including nearly 17 million children, this drive is one you can help people who need help in Petaluma.
